Use Opportunities for destination-specific pitching. Each opportunity stores the person’s name, contact type, priority, desired sound, private reference, message template, destinations, cover, pack count, and send history.Choose this when the context around one contact matters as much as the files being sent.
Use Send Outs for repeatable distribution. Loops and Beats have separate destination sets, templates, numbering, and history. A send can fan out to saved Discord, Telegram, and email destinations.Choose this when the recurring process matters more than one contact profile.
Use Content for public publishing. Producer roles can prepare beat videos for YouTube and optionally create a connected BeatStars listing. All creative roles can access the supported short-form workflow.Publishing remains separate from private delivery: Content creates public platform entries, while Opportunities and Send Outs send music to selected recipients.
Connect only the required services under Settings → Connections. Every final composer shows the selected files and destination-specific fields before an action begins.
Sending and publishing affect external services. Review recipients, selected audio, message, schedule, prices, credits, and splits before confirming. Motif cannot undo an action merely by removing its local history entry.
